I WANNA SEE ! ! ! I've been thinking those words since I was a kid. Always wanting a better view, a closer look, or a different angle, I would climb on things, or lay on the ground, or put my face right up in it. When I finally got hold of a camera, I recognized it instantly as a tool to help me see - more, farther, closer, faster, slower, and in completely new ways I couldn't even have imagined. I remember the first time I took an 8 second exposure in the dark of night, pointing out towards the bay, and was rewarded with a bright and colorful view of a world I didn't even know existed. Since then, I've been pushing my camera to help me see things in new ways and share them with others. I feel that my opportunities that came from photography have shaped my view of the world, and it's a beautiful one that I want you all to see as well.
